I experience the same problem on a Windows 10 setup. The issue origins somewhere in the RDP audio connection. There are many posts around this issue since years.
The real workaround is to not use RDP audio, but purely rely on https://kb.parallels.com/123961 USB. If you have a USB audio device you should disable RDP audio setting by selecting Play on remote computer in your enhanced session Audio Settings and expose the USB audio device directly to the VM.
