Laptop frequently restarts/freezes automatically, reinstalling the system does not help

Hello everyone, my laptop has been experiencing frequent automatic reboots or system freezes recently. This issue occurs in both Windows 11 23H2 and 24H2. While in use, the screen suddenly freezes completely, and all operations become unresponsive, forcing me to restart the computer.
