Laptop Freezes Only During Specific Time Period When Upgrading to Windows 11

I had been using Windows 11 Pro 23H2 on my Dell laptop with no issues. However, after clean installing Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.863) and running Windows updates, I encountered an unusual problem. During the time period of 6-10 AM, the laptop's touchpad mouse would freeze for approximately 5 seconds every minute or sometimes sporadically, but after that time frame, everything would return to normal. I suspected that it might be due to a task scheduler but even after deleting all scheduled tasks, the problem persisted.

In an attempt to troubleshoot, I formatted the C drive and reinstalled Windows 24H2 without adding any additional apps. Surprisingly, the issue persisted during the same time period as before.

Considering that the problem may be related to the Windows 11 24H2 release, I formatted the C drive once again and installed Windows 11 23H2. Unfortunately, the problem persisted during that specific time window.

Despite trying various solutions found through Google search, the problem persisted. It is puzzling that my laptop was functioning normally just a few days prior to installing Windows 11 24H2. Any suggestions or insights on what might be causing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Is there any issue with temperature in the room that you are working in this hour?
Does it happen if you are disconnect from the internet?
    Did you check log files?
Does it happen if you boot in Safe Mode or Clean Boot?

Consider reaching out to Dell support or Microsoft support for further assistance, as this could be a unique issue with your specific hardware and the interaction with Windows 11.

    Check for Windows Updates

Make sure Windows 11 is fully updated. Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates. Installing the latest patches may solve the freezing issue if it's related to an OS bug.

    2. Check for Application Conflicts

If freezing occurs during specific applications or times (like during heavy usage), consider closing unnecessary programs to see if the problem persists.
Check if any specific applications are causing the freezes, especially if they are running in the background.

If the problem persists despite trying all the troubleshooting steps, contacting Dell support for hardware diagnostics may be the best option. There may be underlying hardware issues or warranty-related solutions that they can provide.
