I'm trying to connect my keyboard to my pc via bluetooth but the keyboard doesn't show up in the available devices. the keyboard is turned on and in pairing mode, i tried turning off bluetooth and turning it on again, restarting my Windows 11 computer, turning the keyboard off and on again, etc and nothing is working, my computer just won't recognize my keyboard. can anyone help please?

Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
Make sure Bluetooth is turned On.
Click on Devices to see if your PC recognizes any other Bluetooth devices.
Try to connect a different Bluetooth device (like headphones or a mouse) to verify Bluetooth is functioning correctly.

Hi Finneganfg,
A couple of things come to mind.
First, can you confirm the exact model of the keyboard? Some keyboards support both Bluetooth and a USB receiver, while others only work with the included receiver and won't appear in Windows Bluetooth discovery at all.
If it definitely supports Bluetooth, I'd check the following:
- Make sure the keyboard is still in pairing mode when Windows is searching for devices.
- Try removing any old or previously paired instances of the keyboard from Bluetooth settings.
- Check Device Manager for any Bluetooth adapter errors.
- Test whether the keyboard can be discovered by another device, such as a phone or tablet. If another device can't see it either, the issue may be with the keyboard rather than Windows.
Does the keyboard appear on other devices, or is it not discoverable anywhere?
