Keyboard shortcuts in Win-X menu not working

t-cth I fixed the issue on my machine by turning on Underline access keys in Settings

    This worked like charm. Not sure why that will be turned on and off automatically randomly. But as we know this option is baked into system setting, it is at least easy to turn on next time some updates turns it off.

    This fixed the issue for me.

    This kind of issue really shouldn't happen. Microsoft need to properly test their software before updating/upgrading/releasing.
