Keyboard not working until I unplug&replug it after booting

Windows may be cutting power to the USB port that your keyboard is connected to.
- Open Control Panel → Hardware and Sound → Power Options
- Click "Change plan settings" next to your current power plan
- Click "Change advanced power settings"
- Scroll down to USB settings → USB selective suspend setting
- Set it to Disabled
- Click Apply → OK
Restart your computer and test
