KB5094126 could not install on Windows 11

KB5094126 could not install on Windows 11 after multiple trial, how can we troubleshoot this Manual install it will show

Open Command Prompt as administrator.

Run the commands to stop update services, rename SoftwareDistribution and catroot2 folders, then restart services (commands provided earlier).

Retry the update afterward.
