KB5066853 keeps failing installation

We have Windows 11, version 24H2, build 26100.4652.

We have a continuing error on installing KB5066835. I have tried some of the solutions as sfc /scannow and dism repair but that did not fix the issue.

Hope someone can help me. If further information is needed, please let me know
