KB5048667 continues to fail to install - HELP please

I've posted this once before, got many suggestions none of which come close to fixing the problem.  My

laptop is barely 3 months old, has all the high-end hardware.

What puzzles me more than anything is no Microsoft response has been received to date.  The few that I got were from volunteers and the system would NOT let me reply to their responses (some cryptic message in all those emails.).

My Windows 11 Update History is flooded with daily "Failed to install" and this is getting annoying.

Will someone please send a solution please?

I am attaching the same error message that has been going on for over 2 months now.

Many thanks....

Thanks.

    Check for Conflicting Software.

Conflicting software can prevent the installation of Windows updates. Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus programs or other security software and try installing the update again.

Color Contrast: The bright yellow distinctly contrasts with the more subdued color palette of the Windows XP interface, making notifications easily noticeable.

Open Event Viewer (type "Event Viewer" in the search bar) and look for logs under "Windows Logs" > "Application" and "System" that might provide more detail about the error.

Open Command Prompt as Administrator. You can do this by searching for "cmd" in the Start menu, right-clicking on Command Prompt, and selecting Run as administrator.

Dear F-Houghton -- what's next after the Run as Admin?
