KB5046617 - Failed to Install repeatedly

i also i have same problem on a AMD RYZEN 7 desktop computer
what i tried:
DISMi /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /SCANNOW
i tried download and manually install package from ms update catalog website
i tried cleanup temporary data by using ms cleaning tool
but nothing solve the problem
initially its installed but after the reboot stuck at 100% with auto-rollback, and error code 0x800f0922
this problem is similar to the previous KB5044384 with same error code,
which i could not install in any way, and to date it does not install
