KB5014668 fix ICS but now slow speed on host.
With ICS disable for my VM windows 11 I get full speed but when enabled I get less then 30Mb but connecting devices through ICS is fine.

The IPNAT.SYS got updated in KB5015882 still slow speed on host with ICS
- and 2024 slow speed with ICS on host
- Ensure that the virtual network adapter settings for your VM are configured correctly. If you're using a bridged connection, try switching to a NAT (Network Address Translation) configuration or vice versa to see if that helps.
- Does not help plus it needs to be bridged
So I found the reason and what MS did to cause a problem which should not be a problem but made it be a problem.
So this server is old at the start I was trying to disable TCP/IP auto-tuning and use TcpWindowSize which did not work so used TCP/IP auto-tuning speed was fine then years down the line ICS got broken and fixed then speed on host is slow....WELL turns out any value for TcpWindowSize in the reg causes the slow speed and when I deleted it and reboot now speed is fine.
Well it seems its not speed sometimes max and most of the time not😒
