I have the same problem. I deleted isiZulu as a language pack and keyboard layout from my desktop, but the keyboard layout still shows up in the bottom of my screen and on the lock screen. I even deleted it using the registry, and it still shows up. When I try to switch language from English to Polytonic Greek, isisZulu shows up and I cannot get rid of it.
