Is there a big difference between the Balanced and Best Performance power modes in Windows 11?
For new Windows 11 laptops equipped with Modern Standby, what are the actual differences in performance test results between the Balanced and Best Performance modes in Settings?

Balanced mode aims to optimize power efficiency while still providing decent performance. During tests, you'll see slightly lower CPU speeds and power usage, resulting in somewhat reduced performance scores but better battery longevity.
