Is my pc eligible to install and run Windows 11 24H2?

Considering the upgrade but not sure if I can. There's no "upgrade to windows 11" in settings etc

To check if your PC is eligible to install and run Windows 11 24H2, you need to meet the minimum system requirements, which include a compatible 64-bit processor, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, TPM version 2.0, and Secure Boot capability. You can run the PC Health Check tool from Microsoft to see if your hardware meets these requirements. If you don’t see the "upgrade to Windows 11" option in settings, it might be due to your PC not meeting the criteria or the update not being rolled out for your device yet. Make sure your current Windows version is up to date, as upgrades typically appear after major updates are installed.

I would not sweat the CPU and RAM so much.  In a lot of cases the "listed" CPUs are the ones that were tested.

    1. Create an image backup of your system before attempting to Upgrade/Install. This will allow you to get back to a working system if things go wrong and ultimately do not work.
    2. Are you currently running Windows 11 on the system in question? If yes, then I would be surprised if you are not able to update to 24H2.
    3. Does the system have a TMP 2.0 chip in place? This is the biggest blocker to doing a Win 11 installation.
    4. Are you attempting an Upgrade or a Clean Install? Laptop or Desktop?
    5. Do you have a spare drive that you can put in the system and test the installation?
    6. Drivers will possibly be a challenge if the system manufacturer does not have a set listed for your model.
    7. What level of "support" from Microsoft do you require?

There are a number of things you can do to work around older hardware.
