Is it safe to delete this file in Windows 11?

Cleaning unnecessary temporary files can recover storage, but it is not a guaranteed performance upgrade for your IdeaPad. The safer starting point is Settings, System, Storage, Temporary files, or Cleanup recommendations. Review each category before removing anything, especially Downloads and the Recycle Bin if either contains files you still want. Save your work and close applications before cleanup. If you inspect the temporary folder manually, do not delete its parent folder or force removal of files Windows reports as in use. Avoid changing permissions just to make deletion succeed.
