Is it safe to delete this file from my desktop? (Microsoft.Services.Store.winmd)

Files on the Desktop are not system-critical; Windows doesn’t rely on anything there to boot or run core services. During that okular process, some installer step likely extracted the .winmd file, and Used the Desktop as the default/current directory instead of a proper temp or app folder.
