Is it necessary to connect to WiFi to install Windows 11?
When installing Windows 11, the system requires a WiFi connection, but there is no available network in the current environment, or you need to skip this step. Is there a way to bypass the WiFi verification and complete the installation directly?

Yes. The install wizard needs internet to download and install Windows 11 updates.
Looks like you're installing newer version of Windows 11. Unfortunately, you can't skip Internet verification, and you must connect to the Internet to complete setup.

You can bypass this step by clicking Shift+Fn+F10. It will open command prompt, from there type (OOBE\BYPASSNRO) then hit enter.
