Yes, Secure Boot is a mandatory system requirement for installing Windows 11 on a supported device. According to Microsoft's official hardware requirements for Windows 11.
I have to disagree with part of that statement. Secure boot capability IS a requirement for supported devices. Having secure boot ENABLED is another story. With secure boot disabled, one can install any OS, including Windows.
