Is CTT debloat damaging on Windows pc?
I am considering using CTT Debloat to remove unwanted Windows 11 apps and features, but I am concerned about whether this process might cause damage or instability to my system. Has anyone experienced issues or system damage after running CTT Debloat on Windows 11, or is it generally safe to use without risking performance or stability problems? I want to ensure my system remains secure and functional after debloating.

You want to reduce unwanted Windows 11 components without trading away stability or security. CTT Debloat is a third-party script, so Microsoft does not validate its presets or guarantee that updates, Store apps, search, widgets, or dependencies will keep working after its changes. The safest approach is to avoid a one-click preset. First create a backup and restore point, then remove only applications you recognize through Settings > Apps > Installed apps. Use Settings > System > Optional features for optional Windows components, and leave security, servicing, Microsoft Store, WebView, and update components intact. Test each change separately and restart before removing anything else. If you already ran the tool and features broke, use its documented undo option if available, then run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth followed by SFC /scannow. If damage remains, use Windows recovery or an in-place repair. No supported method can certify a debloat preset as safe.
