installing Windows 11 22H2 Enterprise without a Microsoft enterprise account

I am installing Windows 11 22H2 Enterprise on a notebook.

During its installation, this forces me to insert a Microsoft enterprise account. How come?

Where did I go wrong?

In other words, how do I install this edition without a Microsoft enterprise account?

During its installation, how do I create a local account?
