Installing a language in Windows computer

I have a small problem installing a language in Windows 11, because the language is only installed about 80%.

In order for the selected language to be 100% installed, you must meet the following requirements before selecting and installing:

"you are currently on a network with a limit, which prevents you from downloading some language features. Once connected, go to language settings, select a language from the list, select Options and finish downloading."

Internet connection works OK. I don't know why there is such a message...

  • Windows thinks you're on a metered connection which blocks automatic downloads of language packs. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi (or Ethernet), click your network name, and make sure "Set as metered connection" is turned OFF - then try downloading the language features again.RetryClaude can make mistakes. Please double-check responses.

Ensure your Windows is fully updated. Sometimes, pending updates can interfere with language feature downloads.

Add the required language pack in Settings → Time Language → Language.
