Windows thinks you're on a metered connection which blocks automatic downloads of language packs. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi (or Ethernet), click your network name, and make sure "Set as metered connection" is turned OFF - then try downloading the language features again.RetryClaude can make mistakes.
