Inplace Upgrade From Windows 10 to 11 Questions

Sorry to ask the following questions but I need to be reasonably confident of my assumptions.

I have read on the Internet and asked Co-pilot several questions regarding an in place upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 . However I don’t think I always get up to date info so I am asking here.

I meet all the requirements for Windows 11, TPM is “on” but secure boot is installed but “off / disabled” at my request. I also currently use a local account and understand this will remain in place when I get upgraded to Windows 11, is this correct ?

Although secure boot was enabled on original installation of Windows 10 I disabled it soon afterwards for my own reasons.

I get the flashing banner saying 24H2 is available for me so can I go ahead ?
