Incorrect Storage Used Number

When I go into my storage settings and check how much storage I've used, it says I've used 98.4 GB. It also says my installed apps take up 49.1 GB, my temporary files take up 4.63 GB, and Other files take up 4.01, all of which do not add up to 98.4. Which one do I believe, and how do I fix this?
