IIS Cache on Windows computer
A long time ago I didn't get my hands on an IIS server, is it possible to configure it so that the most frequently called files remain in memory and are not constantly read from disk?

Yes, it is possible to configure IIS to optimize the handling of frequently accessed files so that they remain in memory, reducing disk I/O and improving performance. This is generally achieved through IIS's built-in caching mechanisms and system-level optimizations.
