If Tenor discontinues its GIF API, will the related features in Windows 11 become unavailable?
Tenor recently announced it will gradually shut down its GIF API service. There are animated GIF/emoji search or insertion features in Windows 11 that rely on this API. Once the API service is discontinued, will these features completely stop working, show errors, or will Microsoft replace them with APIs from other providers? As a feature that may not be heavily used, how will this change affect ordinary users?

During the transition, Microsoft might provide prompts, fallback options, or temporary fixes as they prepare for the discontinuation.
