iCloud sync solution for 32-bit Outlook (incorrect password, default profile error, iCloud repair)
As of version 15.x.x, iCloud for Outlook appears to be permanently broken when synchronizing contacts and calendars. The previous steps posted in "iCloud for Outlook Incorrect Username or Password" ...

Even then I had to monkey with the installation on two computers, including the odd WindowsApps permissions in solution B. Thankfully I haven't had to touch it since then, so my fingers are crossed that this will just work moving forward. Updating the workarounds once or twice a year was getting very tiring.
