I updated to Windows 11 but my PC is now problematic

Hi. I upgraded my Windows 10 to Windows 11 last year. However, after update, my index stopped running. Most of my apps are not working well. I cannot run apps as admin. When my PC starts it usually takes 5 - 10 minutes. Also, Windows Updates are not available. I am able to download but it cannot be installed.

I bought my PC in 2020 with a built-in office. Is there any way I can repair this?

    Is there any error message in the index?
    Please elaborate more on what problem are you facing with your applications?
    What happens when you attempt to run application as administrator?
    What is the error message?
