I need a best Windows 11 password reset/recovery tool - any suggestions?

Awesome trick you should not avoid. Since, Windows 11 has built-in recovery environment and there is a little hack to immediately enter in this mode. Follow below to recover.

1. Suppose you are at Windows Login screen, hold down Shift key/button.
2. Find and click on Turn Off icon in bottom right side of screen; where you always shutdown or restart.
3. While holding down Shift key, click on Turn-Off icon and click on restart.
4. Once, on-screen process completed, it will take you in recovery mode.
5. Click on Troubleshoot, then Advance Options, and finally Command Prompt.
6. Once you taken in CMD mode (i.e. Command prompt), type there;
   a. "C:" and press enter. Tip: without quote.
   b. "CD Windows\system32\" and press enter. Tip: without quote.
   c. "ren utilman.exe utilman.old" and press enter. Tip: without quote.
   d. "copy cmd.exe utilman.exe" and press enter. Tip: without quote.
   e. "exit" and press enter. Tip: without quote.
   f. Restart your computer by clicking on "Continue".
   g. Once reached and Login screen, wait and click on an icon just left to Turn-Off icon.
   h. It will take you again in CMD mode, command prompt mode.
   i. Then start typing as below;
   j. "net user", and press enter.  Tip: type net user without quote, you will see list including your user.
   k. Then type there, "net user "youruser" newpassword". Tip: type net user without quote, and must replace your user name in quotes like "Smith John" and replace newpassword with your desire password like "changeme", finally command will look like, net user "Smith John" changeme123.
7. Don't forget to press enter after typing command.
8. After pressing enter, you will see a response "The command completed successfully".
9. Now, type "exit" and press enter to return Login screen.
10. Click on your user name, and type your new password.
