So after updating to windows 11 I decided to go back since multiple apps stopped working there but when I tried to it said "were sorry u don't have the files to go back" or something like that so now ...

If you don't have previous Windows version files, typically the Windows.old folder, this is expected. To fix this, you may need to make clean install of Windows 10. Make sure you backup all of your data before clean install.
