I got the USB initialization timing problems
Every time I start up or wake my Windows PC from sleep, my USB keyboard, mouse, and external drives either fail to initialize at all or take an unusually long time of about thirty seconds before they finally become responsive. I have already updated all drivers, disabled USB selective suspend, and checked power management settings, but the problem strictly occurs during the boot phase, so I suspect a USB initialization timing problem and would appreciate any troubleshooting tips.

If USB devices are slow or missing even in BIOS → likely motherboard firmware, USB controller, or power issue.

Since the issue is time-bound to the boot phase, it's highly likely a conflict with the BIOS or a specific Windows driver.
