I cant disable VIRTUALIZATION

no matter what i do, it WONT DISABLE, ive tried multiple solutions
1.disabling from windows features
2.using powershell,cmd

3.using regedit

and many u can name it, im very confuse why this is happened RIGHT after i clean install my windows, any rep would be appreciated:)

    The key to press varies by manufacturer (common keys are F2, F10, F12, Del). You might need to look up your specific motherboard or laptop model's manual.

    This is the MOST critical place to check. Even if you disable virtualization features in Windows, the underlying hardware support (Intel VT-x or AMD-V) must be disabled in your motherboard's BIOS/UEFI settings.

    U need disable it from your device BIOS, it's not related to your OS
