I cannot reset or download a fresh install of Windows on my laptop.
Hello, I'm having a lot of trouble downloading a fresh install of Windows 11 on my current system. I've tried resetting from the settings -> recovery tab and a USB media creation tool. I've went through the UEFI boot to the USB as well. If it helps I'm on a dell laptop with a Samsung 980 pro SSD as my boot drive. I have partitioned this drive into 100mb Healthy EFI System Partition, OS partition, and 100gb of unallocated space.
This happens when I try resetting from the recovery tab in settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go and check with the PC health tool to see what kind of requirements are missing, typically it could be no TPM 2.0 or Secure Boot.

To fix your Windows 11 installation issue:
- Create a new bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool.
- Boot into the USB via UEFI (press F12 during startup for Dell laptops).
- In the Windows setup, choose Custom Install, delete all partitions (EFI, OS, and unallocated).
- Select the unallocated space for installation and let Windows handle partitioning.
- Complete the installation and update drivers via Dell Support or Windows Update.
This ensures a clean installation on your Samsung 980 Pro SSD.
