Try turning off Memory Integrity (Core Isolation) and disabling VBS/Credential Guard, then run:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
Restart your PC and check systeminfo again. In most cases, Windows security features—not Hyper-V itself—are what keep the hypervisor running.
