I can not to connect Windows 11 in Safe Mode

I have Windows 11 Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2033) in my computer. Using msconfig, I restarted computer in Safe Mode in Networking.
However, I don’t see option so that I can connect it with WiFi.
Please let me the way so that I can connect with WiFi in Safe with Networking.

    1. Open the Power Menu: Click on the Start button, and then select the Power icon. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and click the power icon from the bottom right corner of the screen.
    2. Shift + Restart: Hold down the Shift key and click on Restart.
    3. Follow Steps 5-9 From Method 1: Once your PC restarts, follow the same steps as in Method 1 to navigate into Safe Mode

First, ensure that your Wi-Fi adapter is recognized in Safe Mode:

    • Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
    • In Device Manager, expand the Network adapters section.
    • Check if your wireless adapter is listed. If it isn't or there's a yellow exclamation mark, it may not be loaded in Safe Mode.
