I am going crazy...

I have 5 computers at home. One of them has 2 external SSD drives that I share with the other 4, no problem. I replaced a Surface Pro 6 with a new Surface Pro 11 and cannot see the shared drives. I have tried everything. I even had the new Pro 11 next to my Pro 8 and went through every screen to see what is different. Still cant see them. I dont have a lot of hair, but I am going to pull out whats left. Thanks for your brainiac replies :)
