Since you've been instructed by a Microsoft agent to make these changes but they weren't able to provide specifics, please be cautious about how you proceed. There is no official documentation or common practice for enabling Hyper-V through the registry for ARM-based processors.

Thanks for your advice. As log as you dont have a real professional Agent from MS you never will get a fruitful assistance. All frist level supporter without deep knowledge in special topics. I opened a case # 7048587241 at MS and was promissed to get help within 47-72 hours it was on AUG12 - 24 at 9.51pm from a Agent of a special team. It was the second case, my first case was # 7045876640 on 11JUL 7:31 pm. As I say, many promises and nothing is kept. I just laugh at what is going on here and the level of know-how these people have.
That's why I turned to the community and hope that there are people here with the know-how who can help.
I still hope to find a soluation.
