How to turn off the notification's sound of a secondary monitor connected?
When is applied the second option it works but each 4 seconds sounds a "beep". Same sound when you put and unplug a pendrive (usb flash drive).
Therefore to avoid that sound is possible do any of the following options:
1. Turn on the secondary monitor
2. Reuse the secondary monitor

The persistent beep every 4 seconds might be related to a system alert or a hardware issue. If it continues even after disabling sounds, check Device Manager for any device warnings.
To turn off notification sounds from a secondary monitor, you need to manage system notification settings rather than the monitor itself. Go to Settings > System > Notifications and scroll to manage notifications for individual apps—turn off the sound toggle or disable notifications entirely. If audio is only playing through the secondary monitor’s built-in speakers, you can also go to Sound Settings and set your main speakers as the default audio output device. This will prevent the monitor from playing notification sounds.
