On your PC, open your browser, go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/android-ios, and then sign in with your Microsoft account.

You’ll be presented with a list of all your connected devices. For each, select Unlink.

Go back to the Phone Link on your PC, and then close and reopen the app to apply the unlinking changes.
