How to stop it asking me to renew PC game pass in Settings app?

Pass to a Local account instead of a Microsoft Account on your Computer. No need to stay on a Microsoft Account and it doesn't act on other accounts like the Microsoft Store, Xbox Store (Xbox App), Office apps and Onedrive use their own methods to stay connected to the account that you set them up.

So passing from a Microsoft Account to a Local Account is the best answer for you.

Open Settings > Windows Update > Advanced options.
Turn off Receive updates for other Microsoft products if applicable.
Or, set your active hours to avoid update prompts during your working time.
