How to Run App as Administrator by Default in Windows 11
1. When you've located the file, right-click it to open its context menu. Then, select "Properties." 2. Navigate to the "Compatibility" tab.

Why some of the app asks for admin permission when opening it up? Is this a normal behaviour?
This is something related to app packaging software. If it is running as admin, the packed app will requires admin permission as well.
