How to Run App as Administrator by Default in Windows 11
1. When you've located the file, right-click it to open its context menu. Then, select "Properties." 2. Navigate to the "Compatibility" tab.

I have a nice program called QuickLook that I simply want installed in Program Files instead of User/myname/AppData which I think is absolutely retarded.
So rather than give admin access to the c:/program files/ directory to every app I want to install, I would like to run the installer as Admin. This should grant RW access to the program files directory.
I can't find the Run As Admin option in the context menu and can't set the compatibility mode settings they are greyed out. Is it impossible to run an .msi file as admin? Any suggestions
