There's a way to break free and get your system running smoothly again. One of the most effective methods involves using the Force Shutdown & Power Drain. You can try using a Force Shutdown and Power Drain to potentially fix automatic repair loop in Windows 11.
- Force Shutdown: Press and hold the Power button for at least 10 seconds to force shut down your PC. This will immediately shut down your PC.
- Remove Power Source: Unplug the power cord from your PC or remove the battery from your laptop.
- Wait for 30 seconds: Let your PC sit for 30 seconds to ensure any residual power is drained.
- Press the Power button: Press the Power button for a few seconds to discharge any remaining power in the system.
- Wait for 30 seconds again: Let your PC sit for another 30 seconds to ensure it's completely powered off.
- Plug in the power source: If you unplugged the power cord, plug it back in. If you removed the battery, put it back in.
- Press the Power button: Press the Power button to turn your PC back on.
- Boot normally: Try to boot your PC normally. If it boots successfully, you can try to troubleshoot the issue that caused the automatic repair loop.
- Run System File Checker: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following command to scan and repair any corrupted system files: sfc /scannow
Make sure to save any important work before you fix automatic repair loop in Windows 11, as this method may erase any unsaved data.
If you're using a laptop, be careful not to short any electrical components when removing the battery.
If you're still experiencing issues after attempting this method, you may need to seek further assistance from a professional or Microsoft support.
