1. Access the Windows Advanced Recovery Options screen during startup

2. Select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Uninstall updates

3. First, select Uninstall the latest quality update to remove minor updates

4. If the problem persists, select Uninstall the latest feature update to remove the major version update

5. Complete the uninstallation process, then restart your computer as normal
