Use Macrium Reflect to restore the target partition system image to the C drive. You can also use the Windows installation USB flash drive to boot → Repair your computer → Run Command Prompt:

robocopy D:\ C:\ /mir /xj
bootrec /rebuildbcd

This operation will clear the data on the C drive, so remember to back it up.
