How to remove redundant keyboard layouts not displayed in the language list on Windows 11 systems
The system contains redundant keyboard layouts (such as US/UK layouts) that are not displayed in the language settings list and cannot be removed through conventional methods. I need a way to permanently delete them.

You'll see a list of numbered entries (e.g., 1, 2, etc.) with data like 00000409 for US English.
Remove entries corresponding to the unwanted layouts (e.g., UK, etc.).
