How to prevent Amazon delivery information from showing up on the Windows 11 Pro sign-in screen?

I have been consistently receiving an Amazon delivery notification on the sign-in screen of my Windows 11 Pro for the past few days.

The notification appears when I wake my computer from sleep mode, although it does not show up if I shut down the computer and then restart it.

Despite manually disabling all notification settings and even attempting a registry edit, I am still encountering the persistent Amazon notification.

My Windows version is 22H2 (OS build 22621.2715). How can I disable this notification?
