How to permanently activate Windows 11 for free without product key?

As far as I know, there is a simple way to permanently activate Windows 11 free with cmd and it is still working in 2025. However, it is hard to pick up the correct one from the huge internet options. Using CMD or any other tool to permanently activate Windows 11 for free without a valid license is considered illegal and violates Microsoft's terms of service. 

Microsoft does offer a legal and free way to test Windows 11 Enterprise for 90 days through the Microsoft Evaluation Center. Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Go to the official Microsoft Evaluation Center. Fill in your details (name, email, company—you can use "Individual" if needed).

Step 2: Select "Windows 11 Enterprise" and click "Continue. Download the ISO file or the VHDX (for virtual machines).

Step 3: After installation, the os will activate windows 11 for free without product key as a trial. You can check activation status by running this command:

slmgr /xpr

What Happens After 90 Days?

The system will still boot but display a watermark.
