How to know if my company is monitoring my work Windows PC?

I work for a company that has provided me with a work PC and two monitors for our Work From Home Setup. I mainly work on one screen, and the second one is usually idle - I just keep Slack open there for messages.

I was wondering if it's safe to use that second monitor for listening to music or watching YouTube while I work. The company has mentioned that they "keep an eye" on employees' systems, but I'm not sure how true that is or what level of monitoring they actually do. Some of my college say they do other says its totally unprofessional and wrong so they wont. I also haven't noticed any sus softwares running in the bg.

Is it possible for them to see what I'm doing on my screen in real time, or track if I open YouTube or Spotify? And if yes, is there any way for me to check if my system is being monitored or if any monitoring software is installed?

I'm attaching my system info, startup apps, and currently running processes below in case that helps.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Edit: Thank you everyone for the input - I understand now that it's definitely being monitored. I'll keep things work only. Guess I'll stick to music & Movies on my phone instead

Yes, if your company has installed monitoring software, they can potentially see screen activity, apps you're using, and sometimes even keystrokes or screenshots.

Your company might be using basic monitoring tools, such as employee activity tracking software, to monitor overall system usage, login times, and application usage. However, this might not allow them to view specific content on your second monitor.
