How to fix 'Windows 11 installation has failed' issue?

It means the PC doesn't meet Windows 11 system requirements. Here is a nice tutorial that lets you install Windows 11 on any PC even it is not supported.

I started installing Windows 11 because the computer gave the message that it did meet the requirements. If I knew that my computer does not meet the requirements I would not try to install Windows 11.
